This policy covers the iPhone game “PitWall Motorsport Manager”. It applies to the app only.
PitWall Motorsport Manager collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no ads and no in-app purchases. The app sends nothing to any server.
Only your save: the name, number and flag you choose for your fictional driver, their stats, race results and current category. All of it lives in the app's local storage, on that iPhone and nowhere else. It is not synced to iCloud. It is deleted entirely when you uninstall the app or tap “Erase career” inside the game.
Nobody. The app makes no network requests of any kind: it behaves identically in airplane mode. No servers of ours or anyone else's are involved in running it.
The game requests no access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health or notifications, and does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). There is no tracking across apps or websites.
Apple may give us aggregate, anonymous download and crash statistics through App Store Connect. They cannot identify any individual and we do not combine them with any other data.
The game is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, children included.
The drivers, teams, circuits and championships in the game are invented. Any resemblance to real people, teams or competitions is coincidental.
If a future version of the game were to collect any data, we would update this page and the App Store privacy details before releasing it.
