This policy covers the iPhone and iPad game “Color Sort: Endless Pour”. It applies to the app only.
The game collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no third-party SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no ads and no in-app purchases. The only network feature is Apple's own Game Center, and it is entirely optional.
Your best endless score, levels solved, perfect solves, daily-challenge streak, the board you are part-way through, the chosen theme and your sound, haptics and reduce-motion preferences. All of it lives in the app's local storage on that device and nowhere else. It is not synced to iCloud, and it is deleted entirely when you uninstall the app.
If you are signed in to Game Center, the game submits your endless high score and your cumulative levels solved to two leaderboards, and unlocks achievements. That data goes to Apple, not to us, and is handled under Apple's privacy policy. If you are not signed in, the game plays exactly the same — nothing is submitted and no prompt blocks play.
Nobody. Apart from Game Center, the app makes no network requests of any kind: it behaves identically in airplane mode. We run no servers for this game.
The game requests no access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, health or notifications, and does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA). There is no tracking across apps or websites.
Apple may give us aggregate, anonymous download and crash statistics through App Store Connect. They cannot identify any individual and we do not combine them with any other data.
The game is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. It collects no data from anyone, children included.
If a future version of the game were to collect any data, we would update this page and the App Store privacy details before releasing it.
